Tuesday

Great news!!! Elaine is now in a private room. She is in room 1112 in the Reynolds tower. Visitation is from 8am to 8 pm. I am sure she would love to have some visitors.

The oral tablets helped regulate her heart beat and they have removed the chest tube. Unfortunately she is extremely nauseous today.

I'll give another update this evening when I get by to see her after work.

We are praying for you regularly -- several times a day. The Lord has impressed on me how strong you are to go through all this with such faith and determination. I know that you will get tired and frustrated -- we all do under normal conditions. Just know that the Lord has great things for you and we will all be here to help you do them.

Precious Elaine,
It is great to hear you are now in a private room. Has the hospital looked into a private gown? I know doctors and nurses have been looking up the attractive hospital gown, but something should be done about the backless attire!

Okay, enough of my hospital gown humor. Grins and giggles from here to recovery.

I will be by to visit soon!

Elaine,
My family is praying for you and I (who only knows you a little) am being asked for updates. Thanks for being so kind to me when I visited you at NMB and I will continue to pray for you and your family. God does not give us more than we can handle and I know he will be carrying you over these next few months.
